David Smock is a husband, father, brother, friend, and pastor whose life is anchored in a simple belief: life is a sacred gift from our Creator, and every individual is called to reach their fullest God-given potential.
With over 35 years of diverse experience across Christian ministry, telecommunications, finance, hospital administration, real estate, nonprofit executive leadership, and specialty publishing, David brings a rare blend of wisdom, strategic insight, and pastoral care to every room he enters.
Fourteen years ago, David launched his coaching career to focus more intentionally on what he’s always done best—coming alongside business owners, executives, and emerging leaders to guide them toward lasting growth and meaningful impact. His coaching spans executive leadership, organizational development, business strategy, and personal and spiritual transformation.
David holds a business degree from Gannon University and a graduate degree in cross-cultural communication from Alliance Theological Seminary. He is also a trained coach through Creative Results Management and a certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with Maxwell Leadership, one of the most respected leadership organizations in the world.
Drawing from his extensive education, real-world experience, and spiritual grounding, David helps leaders navigate complexity, adapt to change, and lead with clarity and conviction in uncertain times. His passion lies at the intersection of business excellence, personal growth, and Kingdom impact.
