Geoff Lapp is a seasoned coach, educator, and leader who brings decades of experience across business, public education, and private Christian schooling. A lifelong resident of Lancaster County, PA, Geoff has been faithfully married to his wife, Amy, for over 25 years and is the proud father of three children.
His career spans a diverse range of roles—from sales and operations management to human resources, classroom teaching, coaching, and educational leadership. Whether leading teams or guiding students, Geoff has consistently brought a passion for clarity, excellence, and Christ-centered living.
The Higher Impact team is pleased to have Geoff as a Life and Vocational Coach, where he equips men and women to pursue purpose, live with integrity, and lead with humility. With a strong foundation in curriculum development and instructional strategy, Geoff is especially passionate about training the next generation to “walk in truth” (3 John 1:4) and coaching leaders to live out Micah 6:8: “to do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with the LORD.”
