He’s led his own company through the same challenges his clients face — including building a business that runs without him, navigating leadership with his spouse and family, and refusing to separate his faith from his work.
He is the founder of the Pennsylvania Christian Chamber of Commerce, the creator of the Higher Impact Change OS, and the co-author of The Generational CEO.
