Before the event, you'll complete a self-assessment and invite raters — peers, team members, mentors, and family. We compile their structured, confidential feedback into a personal gap report you'll work through live during the first session.
What is Change OS?+
Change OS is our proprietary seven-stage system for how real change actually happens in people — from Awareness through to Multiply. It's the engine underneath every discipline of the day, and the reason what you learn here sticks instead of fading by the following week.
Is this a Christian event or a business event?+
Both — and we don't apologize for either. The Biblical Laws session is taught from primary source with the same rigor as the rest of the day. If you're not faith-driven, you'll still leave with frameworks that work. If you are, you'll find the integration uncommon.
