Karl Diffenderfer is a Certified Master Business & Performance Coach whose life mission is simple but radical: to bring church into the workplace so people can tangibly experience the love of Christ where they spend most of their lives.
A serial entrepreneur and visionary leader, Karl built an award-winning marketing firm from the ground up—generating over $100 million in revenue for clients before selling the company at age 32 to pursue his true calling: coaching leaders. Since then, Karl has risen into the top 4% of business coaches worldwide, known for his unique ability to combine performance-driven strategy with Spirit-led leadership.
Over the past decade, Karl has mentored hundreds of Kingdom-minded business owners, guiding them out of burnout and confusion into clarity, confidence, and sustainable 2x growth. His proprietary business operating system delivers structure, focus, and accountability—creating momentum and multiplying impact without sacrificing faith, family, or freedom.
Today, Karl’s influence is multiplying through a new mission: coaching the coaches. He is building a team of over 127 coaches with two bold goals:

To equip coaches to build six-figure practices in less than 10 hours per week using a duplicatable system, curriculum, and profit acceleration software.
